Welcome to my blog and my first post!
I am very excited to start this journey and hope you will have a great ride along my side.
Last weekend in Munich the spring finally arrived and we had very pleasant temperatures and lots of sun.
Having been wearing darker colors in the last couple of months, I was really in a mood to “celebrate” this arrival with some nice light outfit. However, wearing light colors as the whole outfit might be challenging.
Therefore, I would recommend to go with light pastel colors. For this look I chose pastel brown and grey colors, which, in my opinion, is a very nice balance and gives lightness and casual feel, which I was aiming for.
I started with light brown merino wool sweater and cotton light grey trousers (both from BoggiMilano). I did not wear any shirt for more casual look. However, in order for my outfit not to be too casual I combined it with double-breasted jacket from SuitSupply (believe or not I did only minor alterations, all the rest is off the rack). The jacket gave some refined look and sartorial flair, in my opinion. At the beginning, I was also a bit afraid that combining light brown jacket and sweater might be irritating, however it worked quite well in my opinion and both pieces even complement each other.
I finished the look by putting on my favorite casual brown suede tassel loafers from SuitSupply and adding wool pocket square to add at least a bit of contrast to the whole outfit. This one is from polish brand, called EM.
I was very happy with the achieved result and really enjoyed wearing this combination. Let me know what you think and enjoy the pictures below!
